As Senior Project Manager / Team Leader at THA Communications (Leicester) I managed key incentives programmes to drive motivation across clients' sales teams. Within this role I was also responsible for internal communications for accounts such as Honda and Vodafone.

• Creating and managing employee engagement and motivational programmes for blue chip clients, from concept through to delivery, with a six-figure budget
• Production and management of on-line and off-line campaign materials: websites, e-communications, user interfaces, mailshots, leaflets, brochures and PR to support this
• Leading and managing a fully-manned customer services unit of three with a focus on CRM, database management, e-communications and direct mail campaigns
• Re-structuring branded micro-sites and re-defining operating functionality
